HOW TO FILL IN THE ON-LINE FORM

 

If you want to have your say but are worried about personal security, then follow the steps below:

• First: Enter your details - name and address etc' when asked to do so

• Second: 'When asked ‘Do you wish to remain anonymous?’ Select ‘Yes’

• This will open an input field where you will be asked – ‘Detail the exceptional circumstances’

• Complete this field with a statement and in your own words such as

‘I wish to remain anonymous because I am concerned about the risk to (me and my family)

of being inappropriately intimidated or threatened by adverse parties after I have submitted representation.’

• Next: Select any of the valid reasons offered.  (You can select more than one).

• Enter your representation

The council have informed us that;

• Invitations to attend the hearing will be sent to all representatives.

• They can choose to attend or not - entirely their choice,

• They may wish a representative to talk on their behalf as time is restricted. 

• Please submit all objections online.only​

• All personal information will be redacted but representations will be passed to the agent for Bidborough Works.​
